After over 20 years working as an exhibition designer, Katherine Skellon established Skellon Studio with Ben Tunstall in 2014.
Skellon Studio's work is led by a combination of aesthetic practice and ideas. Through collaborative design processes we aim to create new perspectives on collections and poignant, playful and enthralling experiences for visitors. We aim to bring out the meanings and emotions within collections and subjects. |
Katherine leads on the creative development of projects from concept through to delivery and Ben undertakes front-end creative roles, research, content development and management. Both Katherine and Ben have many years experience in complementary creative fields. Skellon Studio aims to bring both these years of experience and a fresh eye to exhibition design.
Collaboration is an integral part of the way we work. For each project, Skellon Studio draws on a wide network of collaborators that includes graphic design, media and film, digital interactivity, lighting, sound and working with artists. |
